Appointed as Executive Director on 26 April 2023, Ms Kwek joined Hong Leong Asia ("HLA") as Senior Business Development Manager on 2 January 2020 and was appointed Head of Sustainability and Corporate Affairs of HLA on 12 January 2021.

Ms Kwek's main responsibility is to oversee the Group's strategic direction in its sustainability reporting framework and management of Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") issues across its business units. She will also be responsible for managing the Group's corporate communication efforts and business relations with stakeholders of the Group's businesses. 

Ms Kwek holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Marketing and Finance from University of Melbourne as well as an MBA in Hospitality Management from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, Switzerland.
