Creating positive impact beyond our business
In 2024, we launched BeyondHLA to strengthen our corporate social responsibility agenda with the mission to advance societal initiatives that promote lasting employee engagement and support for communities upon three key pillars, “Sustainable Cities and Communities”, “Enabling Solutions for Healthier Environments and Communities” and “Educating Future Generations”.
BeyondHLA’s strategic three-pronged approach is an extension of its Founder’s legacy of giving through education, supporting sustainable cities and communities, as well as community engagement.
Sustainable Cities and Communities

Enabling Healthier Environments and Communities
Educating Future Generations

Our flagship initiative – “Youth4Challenge” held in Singapore, aims to educate young children about climate change and its impact on future cities by nurturing STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) skills as well as inculcating problem-solving and critical thinking through real learning experiences.

In 2024, we partnered with Xingnan Primary School to reach 160 children and over 40 employee volunteers and schoolteachers, supported by The Possible Class, a creativity accelerator.
